Abstract

Kondisi pandemi C-19 telah mengubah cara berbisnis dari para pebisnis dalam jaringan pemasaran. Sejak tahun 2016, mereka membentuk komunitas yang menghimpun orang-orang yang berkeinginan untuk berubah menjadi wirausahawan yang terlatih guna menjalankan bisnis berjaringan melalui  ranah digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan dan menjelaskan fenomena yang terjadi tersebut. Menjadi wirausahawan atau pemilik bisnis independen merupakan impian banyak orang, terutama mereka yang menginginkan kebebasan waktu dan tempat. Guna mewujudkan keinginan itu, mereka harus mampu membebaskan diri dari keterikatan dalam menjalankan usaha. Menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenologi, dikumpulkan subjek penelitian sebanyak 14 orang oleh peneliti. Mereka adalah orang-orang yang telah sukses menjalankan bisnis berjaringan ini dalam ranah digital. Informasi yang diperoleh dari mereka, kemudian diolah, ditafsirkan dan dibuat menjadi serangkaian tema. Berdasarkan sejumlah tema itu, didapatkan hasil bahwa mereka telah mampu mengubah pola pikir, menerapkan pola pikir mencipta dan berkelanjutan dan melebur ke dalam jaringan. Hasilnya adalah mereka mampu mencapai peringkat mulai dari produser perak hingga emerald. Mereka berasal dari beragam pendidikan dan pekerjaan.
