Stres Kerja Dan Work-Life Balance: Tinjauan Sistematis Terhadap Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara sistematis hubungan antara stres kerja dan work-life balance terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Sebanyak 30 artikel yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015–2024 dipilih dan dianalisis, terdiri dari 15 artikel bertema stres kerja dan 15 artikel mengenai work-life balance. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berdampak negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai, terutama ketika disebabkan oleh beban kerja berlebih, ambiguitas peran, konflik antarpegawai, serta tekanan waktu. Sebaliknya, work-life balance terbukti berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja, kepuasan kerja, dan loyalitas karyawan. Menariknya, work-life balance juga berperan sebagai faktor protektif yang dapat meredam efek destruktif dari stres kerja. Pembahasan menunjukkan pentingnya organisasi mengelola kedua aspek ini secara simultan guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan sehat secara psikologis. Studi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam pengembangan kajian manajemen sumber daya manusia serta menjadi rujukan praktis bagi organisasi dalam merancang strategi kebijakan kerja yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan.
