Transformasi Digital Dalam Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia: Tinjauan Sistematis Atas Teknologi, Tantangan, Dan Dampaknya Terhadap Organisasi

Transformasi digital telah menjadi elemen kunci dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di era industri 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan telaah sistematis terhadap 30 artikel ilmiah terpilih yang membahas penerapan teknologi digital dalam fungsi manajemen SDM. Metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi teknologi yang digunakan, dampak implementasinya, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta kesenjangan penelitian yang masih ada. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi seperti HRIS, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Learning Management System (LMS), dan analitik big data merupakan alat utama dalam digitalisasi HR. Implementasi teknologi ini berdampak positif terhadap efisiensi operasional, pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, dan pengembangan kompetensi karyawan. Namun, tantangan seperti resistensi terhadap perubahan, kesenjangan keterampilan digital, dan isu keamanan data menjadi hambatan signifikan. Selain itu, masih terdapat kekurangan dalam literatur terkait studi longitudinal, kerangka kerja evaluatif, serta penelitian yang kontekstual. Kajian ini merekomendasikan arah penelitian mendatang yang lebih fokus pada aspek empiris, pengembangan model pengukuran kesiapan digital SDM, serta perhatian terhadap dimensi sosial dan etika transformasi digital dalam organisasi.
