Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance dan Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 60 karyawan tetap yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert 5 poin dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work Life Balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan koefisien regresi 0,748, yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi Work Life Balance, semakin tinggi Turnover Intention. Stres Kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan koefisien regresi 0,756, yang berarti semakin tinggi Stres Kerja, semakin tinggi Turnover Intention. Secara simultan, Work Life Balance dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dengan kontribusi sebesar 78,90%, sementara 21,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya strategi yang efektif dalam mengelola Work Life Balance dan mengurangi Stres Kerja untuk menekan tingkat Turnover Intention karyawan.
