Pengaruh Digital Financial Literacy, Impulsivity, Self-Efficacy Terhadap Financial Wellbeing Dengan Financial Behavior Sebagai Mediasi

Kesejahteraan keuangan telah muncul sebagai penentu utama kesehatan keuangan individu. Kesejahteraan keuangan merupakan keadaan dimana individu memiliki sumber daya yang cukup untuk menjalani kehidupan yang nyaman. Kesejahteraan keuangan yang rendah akan mengganggu kesehatan psikologis, sosial, dan fisik individu. Mengakibatkan efisiensi yang buruk, kesalahan dalam jangka pendek, produktivitas yang rendah, dan kesulitan berkonsentrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan digital, impulsivitas, dan self-efficacy terhadap kesejahteraan finansial, dengan perilaku keuangan sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel 254 perempuan di Sumatera Barat. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh Menggunakan (kuesioner) melalui google form menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik anaisis data menggunakan program Smart PLS 4.0 metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan finansial. Impulsivitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan dan kesejahteraan finansial, sementara self-efficacy memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan dan kesejahteraan finansial. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa perilaku keuangan bertindak sebagai mediator yang signifikan antara literasi keuangan digital, impulsivitas, self-efficacy, dan kesejahteraan finansial. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pengembangan kebijakan edukasi keuangan dan intervensi perilaku yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan finansial.
