Abstract

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh parameter sosial media melalui pengendalian teknologi informasi berkelanjutan terhadap kognitif stage nasabah pada perbankan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia di wilayah Jawa Timur dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 100 responden yang dipilih secara acak dan telah menggunakan layanan perbankan minimal 5 kali dalam satu bulan terakhir. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah intervening model dengan menguji hipotesis pada konstruk pengendalian teknologi informasi berkelanjutan yang menjadi intervening, sedangkan parameter sosial media menjadi eksogen dan kognitif stage menjadi endogen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa parameter sosial media mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kognitif stage nasabah melalui pengendalian teknologi informasi pada perbankan. Selain itu, kualitas pengendalian teknologi informasi juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kognitif stage nasabah. Model dan jalur pengaruh memperlihatkan hasil yang meyakinkan dengan signifikansi yang tinggi pada setiap jalur pengaruh yang diuji. Studi kasus ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi perbankan dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran dan pengendalian teknologi informasi yang lebih efektif dan efisien dalam memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas dan memuaskan bagi nasabah.
