Pengaruh Jangkar Karir Terhadap Niat Kewirausahaan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja

Alasan pertimbangan ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah jangkar karir memiliki pengaruh pada niat kewirausahaan karyawan dan apakah kepuasan kerja memainkan peran perantara dalam hubungan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model persamaan struktur partial least square dengan data dari 50 kuesioner yang disebarkan langsung kepada pegawai organik PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Cabang Surabaya Bukit Darmo yang terdiri dari 28 item pernyataan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa jangkar karir berpengaruh positif terhadap niat berwirausaha dan kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Cabang Surabaya Bukit Darmo dan kepuasan kerja memediasi hubungan ini. Menariknya, penelitian ini menemukan hubungan positif antara kepuasan kerja dan niat kewirausahaan karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian karyawan cukup puas dengan pekerjaannya tetapi juga memiliki niat untuk melakukan kegiatan wirausaha di masa yang akan datang.
