Abstract

Stres kerja dan job insecurity yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja dapat mempengaruhi turnover intention. Turnover intention yang tinggi dapat menjadi indikasi bahwa pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam suatu perusahaan buruk. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia sebaiknya dapat diperbaiki guna menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas demi kemajuan perusahaan. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 operator kontrak bagian produksi dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Structural equation modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif stres kerja terhadap turnover intention, adanya pengaruh positif job insecurity terhadap turnover intention, adanya pengaruh negatif stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, adanya pengaruh negatif job insecurity terhadap kepuasan kerja, adanya pengaruh negatif kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention, dan kepuasan kerja berhasil memediasi pengaruh stres kerja dan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention.
