Menempatkan Peran Wirausaha Wanita Dalam Usaha Kecil Dan Menengah Di Indonesia – Sektor Makanan & Minuman

Makanan dan minuman merupakan salah satu sektor bisnis yang penting di Indonesia. Perempuan Indonesia diketahui mendominasi UKM di sektor ini. Ada alasan besar di balik peningkatan dramatis pengusaha perempuan di Indonesia. Sayangnya, kurangnya faktor keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan menjadi kendala saat ini bagi sebuah bisnis kuliner. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sifat perempuan pengusaha saat ini dan menganalisis kesenjangan antara gelombang pengusaha perempuan dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Untuk memperkuat masalah pernyataan, pertanyaan penelitian memainkan peran utama dalam menentukan tujuan penelitian. Peneliti mengajukan 4 pertanyaan penelitian dan diikuti dengan 4 hipotesis. Studi ini mencoba mengevaluasi pekerjaan penelitian berdasarkan metodologi kualitatif. Survei dan wawancara yang dilakukan peneliti terhadap 108 perempuan pengusaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan alasan utama, faktor kegagalan, faktor keberhasilan, dan hambatan dalam menjalankan usaha di bidang makanan dan minuman yang dapat mempengaruhi keberlangsungan usaha.
