Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Entrepreneur dan Budaya Organisasional Terhadap Kinerja Dosen Melalui Perilaku Kerja Inovatif di Universitas Katolik Darma Cendika

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kepemimpinan entrepreneur dan budaya organisasional terhadap kinerja dosen melalui perilaku kerja inovatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 52 dosen tetap di Universitas Katolik Darma Cendika. Data dibagikan menggunakan google form dan dianalisis menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan program smart PLS. Hasil dari olah data menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan entrepreneurial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, budaya organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, perilaku kerja inovatif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, kepemimpinan entrepreneur tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, budaya organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, kepemimpinan entrepreneur tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen melalui perilaku kerja inovatif, dan budaya organisasional berpengaruh signifkan terhadap kinerja dosen melalui perilaku kerja inovatif. Hal ini menujukan bahwa pemimpin Universitas perlu menetukan model kepemimpinan dan menjaga serta meningkatkan budaya organisasional.
