Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kewirausahaan Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi: Efek Mediasi Kemampuan Inovasi Teknologi

Kepemimpinan kewirausahaan didefinisikan sebagai pengambilan keputusan yang proaktif, kesediaan untuk mengambil risiko, kemampuan untuk mengenali peluang baru, dan penggunaan inovasi dan kreativitas untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh kepemimpinan kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja organisasi publik, dengan fokus khusus pada peran inovasi teknis sebagai faktor mediasi. Desa Panggung Harjo di Sewon, Bantul, dapat menjadi contoh yang menjanjikan untuk membangun kepemimpinan kewirausahaan di organisasi publik lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatasi kurangnya informasi dalam literatur yang ada tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja organisasi publik, dengan fokus khusus pada tingkat desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif untuk meneliti perangkat desa dan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Informasi dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan survei yang didistribusikan secara fisik dan diperiksa menggunakan perangkat lunak PLS. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan yang berguna tentang bagaimana kepemimpinan kewirausahaan mempengaruhi keberhasilan organisasi publik. Model kepemimpinan kewirausahaan yang diterapkan di Desa Panggung Harjo berperan sebagai sumber inspirasi bagi para mitranya. Penelitian ini penting karena meningkatnya relevansi kepemimpinan wirausaha dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini menawarkan wawasan praktis bagi para pemimpin yang bekerja di lingkungan yang sebanding, menjelaskan korelasi antara kepemimpinan kewirausahaan, inovasi teknis, dan kinerja organisasi.
