Pengaruh High-Performance Work System Terhadap Employee Performance Pada Karyawan Pabrik Di Masa Pandemi

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi adanya hubungan antara high-performance work system, employee creativity, employee performance, entrepreneurial leadership, dan work well-being yang diterapkan pada karyawan pabrik di Indonesia selama pandemi covid-19 berlangsung. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebagai teknik pengumpulan data responden. Untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan media google form sebagai sarana menyebar kuesioner dan dibagikan secara online. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 110 responden yang bekerja di pabrik otomotif bagian operator selama 2 tahun atau lebih dari 2 tahun. Model penelitian diuji menggunakan SmartPLS dan teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM). Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa struktur kerja berkinerja tinggi meningkatkan kreativitas dan kesejahteraan karyawan tetapi bukan kinerja. Lingkungan kerja berkinerja tinggi juga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui inovasi karyawan. Kepemimpinan wirausaha dapat meningkatkan inovasi dan kinerja karyawan, tetapi bukan sistem kerja berkinerja tinggi. Kesejahteraan kerja juga memengaruhi kreativitas.
