Peran Motivasi Pelayanan Publik Serta Keterikatan Dengan Pekerjaan Dalam Mendorong Perilaku Proaktif Pegawai Kecamatan Cileunyi Kabupaten Bandung

Bentuk perilaku individu dalam pekerjaan telah umum diketahui dan dikaji sebagai bentuk kontribusi individual. Pada organisasi publik, perilaku dari pegawai menjadi hal yang dapat memberikan perbedaan dalam penguatan nilai tambah bagi organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana perilaku proaktif dari pegawai yang bekerja di organisasi publik dapat dijelaskan dengan adanya motivasi pelayanan publik serta keterikatan dengan pekerjaan. Studi ini dilakukan pada Kecamatan Cileunyi Kabupaten Bandung dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif. Sebanyak 39 pegawai yang menjadi responden dengan berpartisipasi pada penelitian ini dengan mengisi secara lengkap kuesioner online yang dibagikan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa dari 4 hipotesis penelitian yang diajukan dua hipotesis yang diterima, yakni tentang pengaruh langsung dari motivasi pelayanan publik terhadap keterikatan kerja serta motivasi pelayanan publik terhadap perilaku proaktif. Tidak terdapat peran mediasi penting dari keterikatan pekerjaan dalam memperkuat efek dari motivasi pelayanan publik atas perilaku proaktif pegawai di Kecamatan Cileunyi Kabupaten Bandung.
