Abstract

Kami berusaha untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana kepemimpinan digital dan kepemimpinan kreatif mempengaruhi inovasi di 10 UKM di Bekasi, Jawa Barat, dengan melakukan penelitian ini. melalui analisis PLS menggunakan 90 sampel yang telah selesai sepenuhnya. Studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa kepemimpinan digital dan kepemimpinan kreatif memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap inovasi. Untuk mengikuti kemajuan teknologi abad ke-21, usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) harus memastikan bahwa tim manajemen mereka menciptakan, mendiskusikan, dan akhirnya menerapkan strategi digital yang menyeluruh. Sementara itu, manajemen harus memastikan bahwa strategi kepemimpinan yang kreatif dan inovatif dikembangkan untuk memberikan dasar bagi penemuan terobosan di batas luar.
