Analisis Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Niat Gen Z Untuk Mengadopsi Fintech Syariah

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengukur bagaimana pengaruh Performance Expectancy (PE), Effort Expectancy (EE), Social Influence (SI) dan Facilitating Condition (FC) terhadap niat perilaku generasi Z di Kota Batam. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data pada 300 responden dengan cara penulis menyajikan kuesioner dengan jumlah 23 pertanyaan dalam bentuk skala likert dengan tingkatan persetujuan dari sangat setuju hingga sangat tidak setuju. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan bantuan program software smartPLS untuk pengujian data. Hasil akhir pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen tidak signifikan terhadap variabel dependen sehingga dapat dinyatakan variabel independen tidak memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap variabel dependen. Pada variabel Performance Expectancy (PE) dan Effort Expectancy (EE) memiliki hubungan negatif dengan Behavioral Intention (BI) sedangkan Social influence (SI) dan Facilitating Condition (FC) memiliki hubungan positif dengan Behavioral Intention (BI).

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Performance Expectancy (PE),Effort Expectancy (EE),Social Influence (SI) and Facilitating Condition (FC) on the behavioral intentions of generation Z in Batam City. This research is quantitative by collecting data using primary and secondary data. Collecting data on 300 respondents by presenting a questionnaire with a total of 23 questions in the form of a Likert scale with levels of agreement from strongly agree to strongly disagree. In this study the authors used the help of the smartPLS software program for data testing. The final results in the study show that all independent variables are not significant to the dependent variable so that it can be stated that the independent variables do not have a major influence on the dependent variable. On variables Performance Expectancy (PE) and Effort Expectancy (EE) has a negative relationship with Behavioral Intention (BI) whereas Social influence (SI) and Facilitating Condition (FC) has a positive relationship with Behavioral Intention (BI).
