Manajemen Bakat dan Motivasi Mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan Dimediasi Kepuasan Kerja di Industri Perhotelan di Kota Batam

Kinerja karyawan memberikan dampak pada perusahaan. Kinerja merupakan penilaian penting dalam sebuah perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan yang baik, akan meningkatkan perkembangan yang baik dalam perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan mencerminkan seberapa baik dan tepat dalam memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen bakat dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian terdiri dari 412 responden. Metode analisis deskriptif menggunakan SPSS. Metode analisis kuantitatif ini biasanya menggunakan Smart PLS 3. Hasil penelitian membuktikan terdapat hubungan signifikan positif pada rekrutmen dan seleksi, pelatihan dan pengajaran, kompensasi, dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja mempunyai hubungan signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan melalui kepuasan kerja menjadi mediasi, rekrutmen dan seleksi, dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan, pelatihan dan pengajaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Dan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja.
