Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor strategis internal dan eksternal pada usaha roti Srimadona, merumuskan alternatif strategi pemasaran yang sesuai dengan kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal usaha dan lalu menentukan prioritas alternative strategi terbaik untuk usaha roti Srimadona selama pandemi COVID-19. Usaha Roti mengalami penurunan pendapatan dari penjualan produk setelah adanya pandemi COVID-19. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara langsung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis tiga tahap formulasi strategi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah matriks IFE, Matriks EFE, Matriks SWOT, dan matriks QSP. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari matriks IFE usaha roti memiliki lima kekuatan dan lima kelemahan. Analisis pada matriks EFE memiliki lima peluang dan tiga ancaman. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis matriks SWOT didapatkan lima alternative strategi yaitu: (1) strategi S-O: memperluas segmen pasar (SO1) dan meningkatkan produksi serta inovasi roti dengan teknologi terbaru (SO2). (2) Strategi S-T: menjaga kualitas produk (S-T1) dan meningkatkan hubungan baik dengan konsumen dan pemasok bahan baku (S-T2). (3) strategi W-O: mengoptimalkan aktifitas pemasaran dengan memafaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. (4) strategi W-T: bekerjasama dengan unit usaha sekitar dalam meningkatkan penjualan secara offline/online. Prioritas strategi yang dihasilkan oleh matriks QSP adalah mengoptimalkan aktifitas pemasaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi selama pandemi COVID-19 agar usaha roti tetap terus berlangsung.
